Job Description
Advanced Enterprises of Northwest Florida is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for the Shreveport, Louisiana market to oversee vendor relationships with subcontracting installation companies providing installation services for DIRECTV products, communicate with DIRECTV market managers and perform service as designated by management. MUST HAVE SATELLITE TV EXPERIENCE. Reply to with resume and cover letter including salary requirements. Applicants must submit to a drug test and background check. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform and evaluate quality control surveys for work performed by subcontractors and apply proper counseling and discipline as needed.
1. Perform onsite visit for in progress and completed jobs to verify integrity of workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with client contract.
2. Weekly inspection of contractor operations related but not limited to Tech Roster, tech certifications, inspection of proper uniform and truck inspection.
3. Coordinate and or provide training for contractors as required to meet field requirements.
4. Ensure that DIRECTV installation, upgrade and service call quality standard are met.
5. Interview customers to determine customer satisfaction regarding service performed.
6. Complete and submit reporting as specified by management.
7. Inventory management as specified by manger as well as performing monthly physical inventory cycle counts of contractor’s equipment.
8. Communicate daily with Dispatch Supervisors for any field related updates.
9. Assemble contractor route and distribute to contractors.
10. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Lifting and carrying two story ladders weighing approximately 75 pounds.
2. Repetitive motion (i.e. manually tightening fittings and bolts)
3. Standing on rooftops or on ladders for long periods of time.
4. Crawling under buildings when necessary
5. Wearing a tool belt weighing approximately 20 pounds with appropriate tools
6. Sitting in an automobile for long periods of time to travel between job sites.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
1. Must provide own vehicle.
2. Driving throughout specified territory daily is standard.
3. Travel is required for out of territory projects.
WORK WEEK & HOURS REQUIRED
1. Standard 6 day week, 50 hour weeks.
2. Standard work week may include Saturday and Sunday.
STANDARDS FOR MEASURING JOB PERFORMANCE
1. Ability to work with subcontractors, client management and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
2. Quantity and quality of work performed.
3. Accuracy of work.
4. Ability to meet deadlines and respond to special needs.
5. Ability to manage time and work with minimum supervision.
6. Ability to work with others.
7. Cooperation with fellow employees and corporate staff.
