Qualifications
One (1) year of technical education or equivalent experience.
Two (2) years of experience required with basic construction and/or electrical skills and the willingness to be cross-trained in other areas of fiber optic communications maintenance.
Fujikura and EXFO Equipment training highly desired
Job Description
Must possess strong problem solving, decision making, analytical skills and organizational skills.
Ability to read, write, understand, and follow written procedures.
Ability to climb and work at heights, valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to work from an Aerial lift truck and/or ladder.
Position requires driving between work sites.
Travel required and ability to work 8 or 20 day rotations out of town.
