Job Description
PCS, Contractor for Insight Communications/Time Warner Cable is hiring Field Collections Representatives/Disconnect Technicians for Evansville, Indiana and surrounding areas (Henderson, Mt Vernon, Princeton, Jasper, Boonville, Dawson Springs, Providence, etc). PCS Field Collection Representatives are assigned lists of Insight/Time Warner customers that have outstanding past due balances and must make multiple attempts to collect the debt both in person at the customers residence and by phone. When collection attempts are exhausted, the collector/tech will be required to disconnect the customers service and collect all Insight/Time Warner equipment (digital cable boxes, DVRs, Modems, Routers). Applicants should be self motivated and able to work unsupervised while meeting deadlines. Compensation is performance based with and average of $500-$1000 a week. Applicants must have a reliable work truck/van and be able to pass both a background check and drug screening.
