•Experience in Cable TV, Internet, media or telecommunications industry preferred.
•Ability to read, analyze, and interpret demographic, financial and business metrics reports.
•Superior ability to engage and present information to management, colleagues and public groups.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as Internet.
•Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Regional travel as required.
Job Description
Job Purpose:
• Responsible for developing and executing marketing efforts to gain new customers and maintain & grow current subscriber base. Focus is on RGU growth (Video, Internet, Voice) for new and existing customers. Tracks market trends, analyzes results and draws conclusions about performance in order to recommend and/or execute improvements to marketing strategies and tactics.
Core Responsibilities:
• Maximize Sales Channels - Direct Sales, Retail, & Call Center through tracking, training, incentives and other means to obtain goals.
• Develop financial and operational objectives that lead to growth.
• Works with different functional teams to attain Households of RGUs (Video, HSD and Voice) as well as advanced products (HD, HD DVR, Any Room DVR, etc.)
• Tracks market trends, analyzes results, and draws conclusions about performance in order to recommend and/or execute improvements to marketing strategies, tactics and programming.
• Develops, plans and executes consumer event strategies that lead to incremental RGUs (Video, HSD and Voice) in retail, community events and employee incentives.
Essential Job Functions:
• Optimize Subscriber Gains: Assist Director in the tracking of core and ancillary connect and disconnect activity including actual and pending. Analyze sales, penetration rates and marketing tactics to determine effectiveness and identify opportunities at a local market level. Identify trends. Assist in execution of incremental programs to maximize net gains.
• Event management: Create and maintain a manageable calendar of customer-facing marketing events that showcase and sell the products and services offered; coordinate all components necessary to create a successful event.
• Communication: Enhance Regional Communication vehicles by ensuring awareness of sales strategies, tactics and offers to Call Center, Sales and other stakeholders. Educate internal staff on new product initiatives.
• Incentives: Execute field incentive programs for Call Center, Technical Operations, Sales and other staff to drive incremental growth. In collaboration with Sales, support healthy sales environment and culture through communication, coaching and special sales initiatives.
