Job Description
Partner of AT&T is expanding its sales and marketing force. We are hiring for entry-level sales and marketing position with the opportunity to move quickly into a management position. Our professionals meet one on one with our clients and develop relationships, which is key to our growth and expansion.
Those hired would go through a professional training process to learn about the AT&T U-Verse product (TV, internet, phone). From there AT&T supplies these representatives with leads to existing and former AT&T customers who are eligible to be upgraded to U-Verse (the upgrade is dependent on the fiber optic network). Once those customers are sent a notification of their eligibility to upgrade, representatives directly go to them and let them know what upgrades are available for them.
Reps meet with an average of 25-30 customers per day to let them know about the available upgrades. Customers are ALWAYS guaranteed a higher quality product with AT&T U-Verse, which was rated #1 by J.D. Powers and Associates the past 3 years in a row. Average customer saves anywhere from $5 to $80/month!
Sales representatives average $100/sale, and average weekly pay is $600-$1,200! There are daily and monthly bonuses as well.
There are also opportunities for advancement based on performance and client satisfaction.
