Successful candidate will have three to five years of solid project management experience in utility construction.Highly effective oral and written communicator.Proficient with Telecom Industry and project deployment practice.Past work experience in fiber optic cable installation and construction is preferred.Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Word, etc. is required.Prior experience with managing large project budgets is preferred.

Has 5 Years of Telecommunications professional services experience.Has experience managing the day-to-day operations of a functional group or acting as a team or project lead.Is fully knowledgeable about the purpose and scope of activities conducted by subordinates and can effectively manage them.Detail and goal oriented.Ability to build and develop a group with a team approach.

Bear Communications is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager. This person is responsible for the project management of fiber construction builds we have been awarded. We are looking for someone with a strong background in utility construction and experience managing large fiber builds. Bear Communications has grown our fiber construction department exponentially over the last 2 years and we are seeking an exceptional individual to oversee the successful completion of projects we are awarded. This is a full time long term position with lots of opportunity for growth.
Bear Communications is looking for a strong leader to oversee the successful completion of our current and future fiber builds. You will be given all the staff and equipment you need to be successful, it is up to you to make sure all milestones are met and the companies reputation grows positively. This position will require travel depending on where our next projects will be located.
