All work guaranteed for 90 days and LOS (line of sight) for 1 Year. All installs must be to DTV specifications no exceptions

All installs must be to DTV specifications no exceptions means NO TAPCONS, GROUNDING REQUIRED, LOOPS REQUIRED, FREE KAKU POLE MOUNTS ONLY, APPROVED MATERIALS TO BE USED. IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND THESE PRINT THIS ADD AND WE WILL EXPLAIN IT TO YOU IN THE INTERVIEW.
Other than KaKu pole mounts you can charge custom money within the guide lines that we tell you all custom money must be processed via the HSP.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PERFORM....YOUR WORK IS PERFORMANCE BASED BETTER YOU PERFORM BETTER AND MORE WORK YOU GET.
You will be charged back for QC fail work and for On time Guarantee meaning if you don't get to the customer on time specified by Directv.
PRETTY CUT AND DRY WE NEED QUALITY PEOPLE NO BS. WE WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING UPFRONT AND NOT HIDE ANYTHING FROM YOU WE EXPECT THE SAME FROM THE PERSONNAL THAT WILL BE WORKING WITH US.
YOU ALSO WOULD NEED 5 DIFFERENT CERTIFICATIONS THESE ARE PAYROLL DEDUCTED. COST OF THE CERTIFICATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS. Jones Cert Testing $125 (if do not pass then additional $250 and $125 for Testing)+ NEED SBCA, AND NETWORKING CERT.
We need people who are willing to work and are able to follow and adhere to changes.
