Qualifications
• 3-5 years in cable or telecom
• Familiarity with cable construction / real estate
• Experience with contractors and coordinating multi-site projects
• Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Description
Position will coordinate building and pathway access for site surveys and commercial construction activity. Responsibilities include:
• Coordinate activity related to pathway access for commercial construction activity in and around New York City.
• Contact building owners, managers, tenants, and other necessary parties to secure access for surveys and construction activity.
• Coordinate scheduling of surveys and construction activity with contractors performing the work.
• Coordinating and scheduling cross functional groups.
• Reporting project / departmental results to management
• Coordinate activity related to pathway access for commercial construction activity in and around New York City.
