This will be a full time, salaried position, with per diem available for travel when working outside of home market. A company truck will be provided, and will be limited for use only for company related business, in accordance with company policies

* Trained in tower climbing with valid certificates, and verifies that crew also has valid climbing certificates. If not current, can be brought up to current standards quickly.
• First Aid/CPR trained, or can be brought current immediately upon hire.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced tower crew foreman, to lead a crew of 3 to 4 on the construction and implementation of cell site upgrades, antenna change outs, new cabling, and all required testing and documentation. Requirements and responsibilities are as follows:
Requirements:
• Must pass pre-employment screening as a condition of employment.
• Responsible to maintain a safe work environment, by maintaining a well organized, clean work site.
• Lead by example, exercising safe work practices and enforcing 100% tie off when working on tower.
• Enforce use of climbing harnesses, hard hats, safety glasses and gloves, and training and use of rescue gear by crew as needed. Safety is our top priority.
• Experienced in tower climbing with valid certificates, and verifies that crew also has valid climbing certificates. If not current, can be brought up to current standards quickly.
• First Aid/CPR trained, or can be brought current immediately upon hire.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, and follow installation instructions per the plan. Any deviation must be coordinated with Construction Project Manager and approved by customer.
• Ability to understands scope of work, and bring any additional requests to the attention of Project Manager. Works with PM to determine labor and material required to complete added work.
• Knowledge of proper rigging techniques and rated capacities of gear that is utilized.
• Ability to perform standard sweep tests, and operate sweep test equipment.
• Produce high quality work with minimal punch list items. Work to correct issues promptly.
• Understand site documentation requirements, and work to collect these items as the work is performed.
• Mentor crew, and provide training, guidance and fair discipline as needed to produce work on schedule, and within budgets.
• Foster a positive environment on site.
• Has overall responsibility to make weather related determinations for safe climbing of towers.
• Responsible for tools, trucks, trailers and equipment required for tower work.
