Job Description
WE HAVE 15 SPOTS TO FILL. WE ARE HIRING DIRECTV TECHS WITH A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR OF SATELLITE EXP ONLY. TECHS MUST EITHER BE JONES AND SNCA CERTIFIED OR BE ABLE TO PASS THE TEST TO BECOME CERTIFIED.
We are a Contract Company that has 15 technician openings. Join our team as a Contract Satellite TV Technician installing DIRECTV services! Our contractor's can earn over $300+ a day.
Responsibilities:
Plans installations by evaluating location; locating line of sight; laying-out equipment and wiring plan.
Establishes satellite system by installing dish; running and pulling cable; programming and calibrating equipment; adhering to codes, regulations, and standards.
Verifies system by testing equipment and connections; identifying and correcting problems.
Activate the customer's service.
Maintains records by documenting installation and service.
Repairs service by listening to customer's description of problems; diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing problems by replacing and/or upgrading components.
Communicate with the customer and ensure that the customer thoroughly understands how to work the system.
Maintains safe work environment by following safe working practices.
Responsible for all inventories of materials and supplies.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical.

Job Requirements: Satellite TV Installation Technician
MINIMUM 1 TO 2 YEARS OF SATELLITE INSTALLATION.
To be Successful in this position you must:
Have a dependable truck, SUV or Van to carry a 24-28' ladder
Be able to lift 50 lbs and climb 40 foot ladders.
Be a great communicator, both verbally and written.
Be able to provide amazing customer service, WITH A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR OF SATELLITE INSTALLATION EXP.
Have a valid driver's license.
Take and pass a drug test.
Meet our criminal and MVR (driving record) background screening criteria.
