We will start assigning installs as soon as you have passed a background check, signed the work agreement, 10-99 and presented proof of active Contractors liability coverage.
Pay
61.5 for 1 receiver install /14 each additional /10 for CCK
Qualifications
Must be SBCA certified or certified within 14 days of start date. Qualified applicants will be experienced DIRECTV/ installers. Job requires a high degree of personal accountability. All work performed must be done in accordance with DirecTV's installation standards as well as following SBCA, NEC, and local grounding codes. Qualified applicants will need internet access and basic computer skills and MUST be capable of working without constant supervision. New installs only (no HSP work).

Jobs are assigned/printed/scheduled/updated/closed etc. directly from our internet based web site located at damcontractors.com. Jobs come prescheduled. Equipment is issued from a centrally located hub.
Other Requirements
Installers will need to provide their own materials/vehicle/birddog. If you are not experienced at satellite installations you would need to know someone who would be willing to train you.
Job Description
We have a Word document which we send to all new hires. It's called the "New Installers Need to Know packet", and covers in detail every aspect of operations. Installers who print and carry it with them and follow the procedural directives listed there will have no problem succeeding and profiting while contracting with us. Those that think they already know it all and don't believe rules apply to them probably won't last long.
