Qualifications
RAB Communications Inc. is currently hiring & training telecommunications installation technicians to install Television, High Speed Internet & VoIP phone service for residential customers Be capable of working in all types of weather conditions . Be comfortable working on 28' Fiberglas extension ladders. Working in confined spaces, i.e. attics, crawlspaces
Current hiring schedule is at least 5 days a week, must be willing to work Saturday's and Sunday's.
Possess a valid driver's license
Other Requirements
We provide Signal meter, truck, PPE, and ladders. Applicant supplies small hand tools

Applicants must have reliable transportation to work ( a company truck is provided during working hours )
Be capable of working in all types of weather conditions . Be comfortable working on 28' Fiberglas extension ladders. Working in confined spaces, i.e. attics, crawlspaces
Current hiring schedule is at least 5 days a week, must be willing to work Saturday's and Sunday's.
Possess a valid driver's license with good driving record
Pass a pre-employment drug screening
Pass a background check
MUST BE MECHANICALLY ENCLINED--- This job is extremely hands on !
Must possess good communication and customer skills
Capable of carrying 70-80 lbs. when necessary
Ability to follow instructions and guidelines 100% of the time is the only way to succeed!!
Experienced & non experienced trainees must train a minimum 3-4 weeks before entering a field level tech position.
End time of day varies every single day and is not consistent depending on workload.
Training rates are $7.25 per hour with overtime differential until employee is capable of working in the field on their own.
PIECE RATE/PER JOB PAY with OVERTIME supplement becomes rate of pay after training has ended.
