*10 years in the cable industry *5+ years in cable construction ~ Stong Fiber background * Experience in managing contractors and coordinating multi-site projects * Working knowledge of AutoCAD would be helpful * Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs and e-mailing * Strong written and verbal communications skills * Must be able to do red lines for projects

*Position reports directly to Owner
*Responsible for management of Aerial or MDU personnel ... in-house or subs.
*Work Owner and other staff managers to plan, schedule, update, and identify operational problems or obstacles
*Manage resources on projects
*Ensure proper resources are assigned and work load of resources
*Accurately and effectively prepare written correspondence to management
*Attend customer meetings with Project Managers
*Attend construciton meeting weekly
*Recommending design changes
*Meet project goals, production, and other management reports
*Audit Sub-contractors invoices
*Be able to do red lines for fiber projects and coax
*Other duties as dertermined necessary
