** Clean Cut Appearance with friendly attitude.
** Truck/Van in good running condition
** 28Ft Fiberglass Ladder required for Disconnector
** Active Cell Phone-(with Text Messaging)
** Excellent Verbal Communication skills -SPANISH SPEAKING is a plus!
** GPS is a plus for efficiency

Job Description
NON PAY SUBSCRIBER RETENTION Full Time Positions
Duties:
Perform Operations Weekday Evenings and 1 Weekend Day
Field Weekly Pending Disconnect Work Orders
Contact Subscribers Door to Door and via Phone to collect payments and Equipment
Approach Jobs with a friendly and problem solving demeanor.
Disconnect Cable Service at Tap to Client Specification either Overhead or Underground
Issue accurate and legible Receipt to Subscriber for Payment received or surrendered equipment.
Compose accurate Daily Performance Reporting
Communicate Resolved Work Orders to our live Dispatch
Respond to Text messages and Calls for additional Route Work
Return Equipment to Area Warehouses
Attend required Staff Meetings and Conference Calls
UNRETURNED EQUIPMENT RECOVERY (BOX PICKUP) Partt Time OK
Duties:
Door to Door Collection of Disconnected Cable Subscribers via accurate Boxco Supplied Street Sheets
Issuance of concise receipt for ALL surrendered equipment.
Regular return of ALL Collected Equipment Inventory to Local Warehouses
Duties:
