Construction manager reports to operations manager and or president.
Responsible for own departments hiring, firing, production reports, estimating, invoicing. Position has supervisors and crews reporting to them. Responsible for multiple tasks and departments including On Call Emergency call outs. Aerial and underground construction responsibilities.
