Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in equipment installs, DC power, and fiber splicing. Experience with and knowledge of DWDM and CWDM networks is an added bonus. We are looking for long term employees with dedication and desire to grow with our company.
Other Requirements
Good driving history is a must for position. We travel across the Southeastern United States. Long weeks and lots of OT. We try to bring techs home for weekends. Background checks and screening conducted at timeof interview.
Job Description
Equipment installation, turnup and maintenance on Cisco, Fujitsu, JDSU, and a number of other brands of equipment. Fiber splicing that includes adding cwdm couplers. POP installs that include working in BDFB power plant, installing equipment and turning up of and testing of 10g networks.
