Crew leader for blowing fiber

Approximately June 11, 2012. 5 to 6 week project.
Then off to another two month project.Then 6 week project.
Pay
Discuss when we talk. Depends on your experience. Daily footage bonus.
Qualifications
Must know all phases of blowing fiber cable and be able to lead 4 or 5 man crew. Using 2 machines. This is a very easy project.
Other Requirements
Seeking easy going crew leader able to run crew smoothly but at same time, move project on at progressive rate. I want a leader that employees enjoy working for and respect as there boss. But at same time know they have to work together efficiently. May be interested in more than one person.
Job Description
blowing 30,000 to 40,000 feet per day. 1 mile each run.
