Representatives will be responsible for selling telecommunications products face to face with potential and current customers. We are seeking sales representatives who are passionate about excellence and dedicated to the needs of customers. Company offers uncapped commissions and bonus potential
Responsibilities:
• Selling telecommunications products door to door
• Acquiring new customers and upgrading current customers in assigned territories
• Evaluate potential or existing customer's needs and make recommendations
• Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales goals as established by the local market
• Independently establish and organize sales activities
• Communicate and develop rapport with customers
• Provide documentation of daily and weekly activity
• Participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings
Required Skills/Experience
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of sales or excellent customer service experience
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Ability to bounce back after disappointment or rejection
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Work with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and strong communication skills
• Persuasive, tactful and professional
• ENJOYS and thrives working independently and working outside the office
• Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license. Android Smart phone required.
