Job Description
Field Mapping Quality Manager applicant must possess:
• An extensive background in outside CATV plant, with a full knowledge of RF and Fiber construction plant.
• Have experience with SCTE drafting standards and an eye for detail in field drafting and documenting.
• Be able to document field notes clearly and neatly and also oversee both employees and contractors doing the same.
• Be able to oversee multiple sub contract field engineers and be a stickler for quality.
• Have Excel and Word skills for reporting, documenting and procedures for all field work.
• Be able to run multiple projects at one time, with the skills to communicate clearly and to motivate and supervise from both a high and detail level.
• Be able to travel and spend time working on the road.
• Track and report progress and production to corporate and to the customers.
• Attend production and customer service meetings as needed to maintain a tight relationship between our company and the customer.
• This is a company position with Paid Holidays, Vacation, Insurance, 401K, Vehicle, and all travel expenses are paid by the company.
