Qualifications
• Field experience in wireless construction industry
• Experience with ND-51 standards and wireless installation procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Industry knowledge of correct installation processes
• Familiar with industry testing apparatus (Anritzu, PIM, S.P.A.A tool, etc)

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description
Due to exceptional growth, Nexlink Global Services is seeking a Lead Quality Control Technician. The Lead Quality Control Technician will ensure the quality of service performed for customers by inspecting the work completed by field technicians and laborers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Inspect the work performed by our technicians and laborers
• Grade the work performed and report to PM or supervisor
• Give recommendations for improved performance based on the work inspected
• Complete Quality Control forms as necessary and submit
• Perform real time inspections evaluating safety, appearance and customer experience
• Support the QC Team Lead
• Complete Quality Control forms as necessary and submit into the company's database in a complete and timely fashion
• Perform real time inspections evaluating safety, appearance and customer experience
• Truck Inspections and maintenance record keeping
• Perform Job Site Observations
• Follow all company policy and procedures
• Adhere to safety policy
• Must be willing to travel (assume travel to be 80%)
