Must have experience in Cable, Satellite, or telco Installations
Must be able to pass a Background and Drug Screening
Must have general liability ($1,000,000 policy) and workers comp coverage and/or waiver from the state work is
Other Requirements
Must Have own Truck/Van/SUV with extension ladder (prefer 24 ft)
Must have own tools to perform installation
NO METER is needed as one is issued
Job Description
We are looking for quality installs (1099 contractors) to perform work in the following areas only.
Grand Rapids, MI
Kalamazoo, MI
Lansing, MI
Mansfield, OH
Canton, OH
*only call if you are located in one of these cities (no companies, independent contractors only)
These installations are simple. There is a cantenna that will be mounted to the home, connected with a single RG6 cable with static to a single ground block and bonded to the home. Then a single RG6 ran to a modem located in the home near the customers computer. This will provide HIGH SPEED INTERNET to the customer using Verizon Wireless 4G signal. we estimate these installs around 1 hour 30 minutes to two hours. Activation is through an IVR system and the installation is only for 1 device. If the customer wants others connected they will have to contact customer care to do so.
These installs are built around the customer as well as the technician performing the installation.
