Qualifications
Company will train if you have very little or no experience in satellite installation
Must be self-motivated, have a technical background and willing to learn.
Do you have previous cable experience only? If you do, this is your chance to learn satellite installation, we will train you.
Must be customer service oriented
Must be able to pass a Background check and Drug Test
Must be customer service oriented
Must be self-motivated and willing to work
Other Requirements
Must have a late model white Truck or Van with Insurance, All required tools for the satellite industry including but not limited to 28' ladder, super sat buddy or equivalent, inclinometer, compression fitting tools, drill, drill bits.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Must be able to pass a Background check and Drug Screening Test.
Job Description
The DISH Network Satellite TV Technician spearheads the installation, assists with testing and repairing equipment that receives digital signals for residential and commercial customers by performing the following duties:
* Adheres to safety guidelines and requirements
* Evaluates job site to assess optimal placement of satellite dish and communicates with customers to review the installation process
* Ensures that the highest quality of service is provided to promote superior customer satisfaction
* Provides customer education regarding system usage
