Job Description
One of the nation's largest DISH NETWORK installation companies Galaxy 1 Marketing, Inc. is seeking a Trainer, responsible for conducting new hire orientation and on-site training: Work with trainees in small groups and as individuals, providing them with job based coaching and guidance to acceptable levels expected of an employee within development time frames.

Duties and Responsibilities: Delivers training courses to new employees hired in the Quad City, Peoria and Rockford areas, including but not limited to: new hire orientation, on -site training, and technical product training Maintains training, participant and reference materials and equipment. Confers with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees to better understand policies, procedures, regulations, technologies and human relations. Assists with selecting or developing teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, visual aids, computer tutorials, and resource materials. Assess trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of education program(s).
Reports on progress of employees during training periods.
Travel between locations is required.
Other duties as assigned.
High aptitude of satellite industry experience.
Intermediate knowledge of MS office.
Excellent presentation/facilitation skills
Flexible, innovative and the ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
