Work is available immediately - The selected individuals must be ready to work within 5 days of contract, sooner is preferred.
Pay
A Rate Card will be provided upon inquiry, however,there is potential to earn up to $2,500 + for experienced technicians willing to work.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years installing DirecTV is REQUIRED.
MUST have SBCA Level 1 certification
Other Requirements
The technician must have:
A reliable vehicle,
All tools to complete work assignments,
A laptop computer with internet access,
Smart mobile phone,
A scanner
A Birdog USB Plus meter (Or comparable meter)
Job Description
The Technician is responsible for DBS installations and DBS service as requested by the Company. All work will be performed under the strict contract guidelines of DirecTV Home Services (DTV HOME SERVICES and/or DirecTV). The Technician is responsible for completion of all service, and installation tickets impacting our customers. The Technician is responsible for monitoring and responding to tickets that are dispatched electronically or telephonically for completion within company specified metrics and DirecTV metrics.
