RAB Communications is opening another sales office near Portland's METRO Area for a Time Warner Communications sales project during May 2012. Invitations for interviews are being extended during the next 2 -3 weeks.
Pay
RAB offers a complete compensation package including a base salary, benefit programs and a bonus structure for exceptional performers.
Qualifications
• Must have a previous successfully proved leadership record of a door-to-door environment
• Three to five years operations management of sales experience
• Previous leadership management experience
• Detail oriented background in problem solving skills
• Ability to motivate, inspire teamwork and supervise employees of diverse socioeconomic backgrounds and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers
• Previous development and coaching experience

Our Project Manager is responsible for a staff of Direct Sales representatives who provide face-to-face marketing of TIME WARNER products and services-- Digital Cable, Telephone and High Speed Internet — to residential and non-customers conducting door-to-door sales of broadband services, in pre-selected territories.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Build & Manage a team of Outside Door-to-Door new business, Install representatives for telecommunication products
• Manage the team of Direct Sales Representatives in all phases of their jobs
• Provide ongoing coaching and development of personnel engaged in door-to-door sales transactions
• Provide motivational training and hands-on instruction
• Coach and develop employees to continuously improve team performance as measured in average per person per day productivity
• In field coaching according to current company standard
• Monitor the direct sales force in all areas of their daily assignments, i.e.: assignment of sales routes, sales route penetration
• Track and record daily production against established performance standards
• Prepare various sales reports and provide them to the designated party in a timely manner
• Conduct recruitment, hiring and training of personnel
• Communicate sales and marketing campaigns to personnel
• Communicate goals and objectives for staff
• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
