Qualifications
DirecTV experience and current SBCA experience required. All DirecTV certifications are needed, most of which are covered in the Jones/NCTI 'Field Services Technician Course' training which is required as well.
Other Requirements
Must be well-rounded including being honest, teachable, hardworking, competent in applying the skills used in this trade, have a patient understanding of people/customer relations and enjoy the experience of being in a technology field. Neat, professional appearance is required. Must have reliable Van, Truck/SUV. Must have proper tools, ladder and Birdog, AIM meter, etc. to do DirecTV work. Applicants will also need a working cell phone and an ability to access the internet.
Job Description
Jump Team Technician Subcontractor work includes Installs, Upgrades, Movers and Service Calls (duties vary with each HSP/O&O area). Subcontractors MUST submit Invoices and all standard DirecTV Customer paperwork to get paid. Will travel with Jump Team Site Manager as the need presents itself.
