Valid driver's license with an insurable record.
Minimum of 5 years in technical position.
NCTI System Technician certification or SCTE BDT preferred.
Good working knowledge of NESC code, OSHA regulations.
Experience with MS Office programs.
Other Requirements
Ability to work in inclement weather.
Ability to do the work of all your subordinates; ability to train these roles.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to coach, mentor and discipline a workforce of about 30.
Moral fiber necessary to objectively hire,train,promote and grow your team.
Job Description
A Technical Operations Manager is the liaison between senior management and the front line employees. An ideal candidate will possess the leadership skills necessary to build and inspire a motivated workforce, providing top notch customer satisfaction through quality workmanship. This position is key to maintaining a properly functioning plant, through ongoing maintenance activities and good record keeping, proper FCC filings, and through recruitment, training and retention of quality technical employees.
