Job Description
Telecommunications company seeks Aerial Construction Techs and Foreman to work in the Anne Arundel County area in MD as well as Eastern Shore, DE.
Job Summary
* Maintain proper inventory on vehicle based on work assignment
* Throw 1-2 lb. weighted rope over elevated cable lines & tree branches
* Pull lashing equipment down cable lines to secure wires
* Use pounding equipment to install grounding rods and anchors into ground
* Read blueprints to interpret daily work assignment
* Operate vehicle & bucket lift safely, following all safety & traffic regulations
* Responsible as the leader of a crew (Foreman)
* Responsible to fill out daily production reports (Foreman)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Ability & willingness to follow direction from Supervision
* Willingness to work both individually & in a team environment
* Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers, homeowners, & customers
* Ability to climb numerous poles daily
* Ability to endure long periods of standing, sitting or walking
* Ability to work in an outdoor environment during all times of the year
* Willingnes to travel
