Work located in Shippensburg, Gettysburg, and Hanover PA. We pay piece rate (Bi-weekly W-2 check)Will discus item pricing and medical upon call back interview with potential candidates
Qualifications
Must have knowledge or background with the all the following fields.
Install both coax and cat 5, know how wall fish and other practices.
Construction of Over Head and Under Ground, including trenching, boring and plowing. Also pole attachments and national electric codes to perform pole data surveys.Permits, strand mapping.Must be able to I.D. cable types, Fiber, Tele cables, pri.power and sec.power.Must have knowledge of Strand for all types (slack,tensions,guying)
Other Requirements
Clean running vehicle with proof of insurance. Cell phone, footage wheel, pole stick, range finder. Must pass back ground check and drug screen upon being hired and will be re checked each year for back ground and random for Drug screen. must be neat in appearance uniforms and such will be supplied.
Job Description
Survey Tech must be able to be self managed, have computer skills, schedule calls each day. Go to requested Commercial business, residential homes, and perform a complete drawing detailing how any work needed to service potential customers, as well as show how existing service is availble. must print and draw neat.Also perform any drawings for permits and perform pole staking sheets for new pole attachments when jobs are approved to build. some jobs will require finding cost effective route and locating all potential passings.
