Pay
You get $22.00 dollars a tap and $10.00 a splice. Must have workmans comp and liability insurance. Pay in 3 weeks with 10% retainage capped at $2000.00.
Qualifications
Want good splicers who know how to read a meter and take end of lines. Balancing of equipment is simple but must be precise.
Other Requirements
Need truck, ladder, meter ( Sda 5000 or 1750 or 1450 or even a microstealth )and know how.
Job Description
We are replacing all the maspro taps with equailized millinium taps. This involves extension fittings or a straight splice. If a straight splice is used an extension fitting is not allowed. Drop fittings are replaced where necessary. Currently we are averaging 2 fittings per 5 taps. All actives and splitters are staying in the same spot, however you will need to rebalance the active. What we have found is the equailizer stays the same and the pad changes up 1 or 2. System owner is Comcast and we are the prime.
