Job Description
DirectSat USA is a home service provider for DIRECTV, specializing in providing satellite installation services. Due to exceptional growth, DirectSat USA is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Analyst for our King of Prussia, PA location.
The Senior Operations Analyst supports Regional Directors and Executive Management in the organization, analysis and presentation of data to Executive Management for the purposes of business decisions. Ideal candidates must have the ability to compress large amounts of data into short and concise presentations with sound business conclusions. The analyst will drive performance by identifying both strengths and weaknesses in various operational metrics. The Senior Operations Analyst will assist in the management of Operations Analysts in day to day tasks.
•Preparation of internal reporting, utilizing adherence to guidelines set forth by management
•Analysis of data to ensure compliance with industry standards
•Create, maintain and enhance various reports from web based data applications
•Perform ad hoc reporting as directed
•Assist Regional Directors and Executive Management as needed
•Provide feedback to Executive Management on operational variance
•Assist in management of day to day tasks of Operations Analyst
•Assist local office with management of personnel to adhere to industry requirements
