Qualifications
TO be able to lead a crew of up to 12 techs during peaks times. Route work, pass out CPE's, deal with customers complaints and damage claims. Review modem failures with tech and train tech to pass Cable Edge Testing. Be able to use Excel.
Other Requirements
Late model truck. No mini vans, meter that reads noise, General liability Insurance. @8ft ladder and all hand tools. Laptop
Job Description
Lead tech will assist General Manager. Be able to work well with in- house staff. The ability to train techs on new equipment. QC jobs as assigned.
