Qualifications
Pass extensive criminal and motor vehicle background screens || Pass on site drug site || Valid driver' license || Physically capable to handle and climb 60lb 28' ladder (Not applicable to Sales or Equipment Retrieval technicians) || No experience required. Extensive safety and collections training courses are mandatory for all new technicians.
Other Requirements
Vehicle in moderate condition and capable of safely transporting a 28' extension ladder || Security tools, uniforms and company signage || Lease to own program available to all employees to assist in acquisition of other tools and equipment || Good communications skills

Our goal is to save valued subscribers from disconnection of their cable services, retain capital assets(CPE) for the communications provider and generate new subscribers. This is primarily accomplished by way of door to door contact with subscribers.
These positions involve one on one interaction with customers in a public setting. Good communications and negotiating skills are essential traits to possess. Technicians perform work outdoors in inclement weather conditions. Attendance and punctuality are strictly enforced.
Operations are open 7 days a week from the hours of 8:00am until 9:00pm to provide technicians with the greatest opportunity to maximize their revenue. All technicians are required to work 8 hours a day. Technicians must also work either Saturday or Sunday as well.
Our in house dispatch department offers a great convenience to technicians. The dispatch department also help to ensure that all technicians have essential information in order to increase efficiency in the field. In office computers and office supplies are provided to technicians.
We are looking for candidates who possess good work ethic, positive attitudes and are seeking a steady career. We are very eager to add new members to our team that are willing to assists with our constant expansion and whom have the drive to prosper and advanced within our organization.
