Qualifications
Pass Background Check
Valid Driver’s License
High School diploma
Good verbal communication skills
Must be physically able to perform job functions.
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
The ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge.
Adaptability and being able to work in a team environment.
Must be able to lift up to 80lbs continually.
Other Requirements
• Bury cable television service lines using various drop plows and direction boring drill.
• May be required to bury drops by hand in certain circumstances.
• Read and understand existing underground facility locates
• Identify unmarked private utilities
• Restore job site to the original condition
• Avoid cutting sprinklers lines
• Review all requested services with the customer in order to ensure understanding and agreement of the proposed “white marking” of the burial route
