-Triple play experience required to qualify for Sign-on bonus -Illinois and out-of-state positions available.

-Professional Truck, Van, or SUV with the ability to carry a ladder required (if a company vehicle is not available) -Tools can be purchased through the company if needed -Company provided cell phone, tablet, and meter (if you don't have your own) -Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening -Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions -Must be able to lift more than 70 lbs. -Professional, accountable, reliable, and willing to go above & beyond to help satisfy any custo

Responsibilities

-Successfully routing services (Cable TV, High-Speed Internet, & Digital Telephone) from service point throughout the customer's home.
-Install digital boxes, modems, and digital telephone equipment inside the customer's home
-Troubleshoot existing services and bring installation up to quality-control standards
-Add additional requested services to existing customers
-Educate customers on services & equipment
-Installation of HDTV and/or DVR boxes
-Installation & setup of High-Speed Internet
-Installation of Digital Telephone service
-Service upgrades/downgrades
