Qualifications
3+ years of experience; must be willing to travel when necessary
Certified in CISCO Systems (Voice, Data, and Fiber)
Must be able to climb and carry ladder (+/- 70 lbs.)
Professional Attire Required (to be discussed during the interview)
Safety Equipment Required (OSHA approved)
Certified in Video Surveillance, a Plus

Other Requirements
Provide your own tools (i.e. fiber kit), ladders, video meter, and truck or van, if possible.
Job Description
POSITION: Independent Contractor (MDU - fiber optic installation, Voice & Data, VOIP, and Fire Systems).
POSITION SUMMARY:
• Perform new cable, fiber & copper backbone infrastructure
• Terminate Fiber; Perform fusion splice; Dress Closet; perform testing
• Installation of Pre & Post Wire
• Create pathway for fiber, voice & data cabling and infrastructure
• Handle all customer complaints, questions, and develop solutions with a satisfactory outcome
• Report to dispatch according to company procedures within scheduled time.
• Ability to work individually and/or in a team environment
• Other duties may be assigned

POSITION SUMMARY:
• Create pathway and run cabling for video surveillance; setup DVR; Install video on IP for internet viewing
• Installation of cameras and power box; must have troubleshooting skills
• Service Equipment and repair as needed prior job completion
• Handle all customer complaints, questions, and develop solutions with a satisfactory outcome.
• Report to dispatch according to company procedures within scheduled time.
• Other duties may be assigned.
