Dish Network experience is preferred but not mandatory.
We will train candidates who are experienced with DTV, Cable, Telecom, Home Security, Wiring, etc.
Must PASS Background checks for Criminal, Drug, and Driver

Work Van, Tools of the Trade, Super Sat Buddy, Tablet with Data Plan,
ONLY use of Dish Network Approved Parts/Materials
Job Description
We are one of the largest Partners for Dish Network in the Country, with 8 offices covering jobs over 10 States in the Northeast!
If you are Dependable, have the WILL to be Successful, and can be Accountable for the work you are assigned we want you to be part of our Winning Team!
1) Customer Satisfaction Surveys: Ensure that Each customer is Satisfied with your Visit!
GOAL: 10s on ALL Surveys ALL the Time!!!
BONUS for each Survey Passed
2) Connectivity: Every Account must be Connected to the Internet(IP) or Phone Service, Internet(IP) is Priority!
GOAL: 60% Overall and 40% for Internet(IP) Connections
BONUS for each Connection Made
3) Completions: Complete work assigned
GOAL: Complete 92% of the work assigned to you!
4) Quality: You are required to meet Quality Expectations on EVERY job
GOAL: Pass 100% on Core 6 and Dish Network Approved Parts/Materials used
BONUS for Passed QASs and Reinstall Payments Issued (proper pics)
5) Trouble Call%: Deliver Quality Workmanship, Excellent Customer Education, and World Class Customer Service for every Job!
GOAL: TC-12 = 3.5% and TC-30 = 6%
Accountability: You will be held Accountable for failing to meet expectations with the rules below. You will be left off schedule if your performance is jeopardizing the work for everyone else!
1) CSAT: Failed Surveys will take $10 away from your $10 Bonuses
2) Connection: Low Connection rate will reduce your work
3) Completions: Low Completions will reduce your work
4) Quality: B/Cs apply for Core 6 failures and Unapproved parts
5) Trouble Calls: You warranty all your work for 60-days
Schedule: Weekends and Holidays are work days
