• College degree or equivalent business related Cable TV management experience.
• Knowledge of broadband video, data and telephony operations.
• Ability to manage various projects and business function.
• Practical experience with sales/marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage one or more locations with multiple direct reports.
• Occasional travel required to attend meetings and training, and frequent travel in some cases if managing multiple locations.

• Direct reports include the System Department Managers and Supervisors.
Job Description
Responsible for effective day-to-day operations of a System(s) by effective use of company resources to provide outstanding customer service, to grow the business, to protect company assets and to achieve Suddenlink group goals.
Illustrative responsibilities include:
• Oversee the daily operations of the cable system, including field and office operations.
• Supervise and act as liaison between departments within the system, providing guidance and direction to system supervisors, to assure cost-effective operations within approved operating and capital budgets.
• Work closely with local contacts to maintain favorable relationships with local franchising authorities in order to protect and renew franchise agreements.
• Coordinate system activity with Marketing Department campaigns to achieve optimum market penetration for all services.
• Work to assure favorable relationships in the communities and to maintain the integrity of the Suddenlink name.
• Ensure a participative work environment within the system that will attract and maintain a talented workforce.
• Work with the Regional Business Manager to provide support and information for preparation of the Suddenlink budget and forecasts.
• Work with Regional Director in analyzing operations, identifying problems and implementing corrective actions and plans.
• Work to provide a customer service vision that focuses on productivity and service quality and ensures quality results.
• Disseminate company information functioning as a conduit for the flow of information to and from system employees.
• Negotiate MDU contracts, develop and maintain accurate records of all ROE and MDU contracts.
• Work with local apartment owners and managers, hotel management and other commercial establishments to promote business.
• Attend pertinent meetings with city government, including planning meetings.
• Assist in budgeting and long range planning for RGU growth and market penetration stability.

• Create, Support and DRIVE Sales Culture throughout the organization to meet / exceed budgeted RGU growth goals.
