Job Description
Duties are as follows:
> Interfacing with the client.
> Acquiring new business and growing local market
> Reporting profit, costs, expenses, revenue, etc.
> Managing all Field Managers, Field Supervisors, office staff, routing, billing, dispatch,and field technicians.
> assuring that TQA, safety policies and procedures are being followed.
> This position will require you to motivate current employees as well as recruit new personnel.
> Assuring the accountability of all equipment.
> Accountable for vehicle fleet.
> Enforcing all company policies and procedures.
