Techs must have general knowledge of copper cable plant. You must be able to set up a gateway/modem. You must be able to wire customers homes/businesses. You will be required to pass a background check and drug screen. You must have a valid drivers license. You must be able to lift 70 lbs. You must be able to climb a 28 ft ladder. You will need to work without and with supervision.

You will need a neat and clean appearing truck or van.(No rust buckets) All the typical telecom hand tools are required. A HST-3000 is needed but I can provide if needed. Truck and tools can also be provided for the right applicant.

You will be responsible for the customers pair from the C.O. to the customers premise to provide Voice/Data/IPTV service. You will be completing trouble tickets and installing triple play services. There will also be fiber to the home installs to be completed as well. Fiber splicing is required but can be taught. There will be 1 week of training and then you will be asked to step into the work load. Customer premise wiring skills must range from Cat5/6,Coax,IW routing and termination via crawlspaces and attics in a very neat fashion. Wall fishing is preferred. Tech must take loop readings of customers pair to verify a clean pair. You will pick up your work load every morning at the office and will be required to pick up work via email periodically through out the day. Trouble tickets and orders must be closed out as you complete them.
