Experiance preferred, Cable data or other billing system exp., proficient in excel and other office programs, proven track record of dispatching multiple techs in a multi system dispatch center. Needs to have understanding of OTG's, ETA's, workforce management systems and equipment levels for proper installation.
Also needs to have a good understanding of employee relations.
