Regional Construction Manager – Underground Fiber (FTTH)

We build fiber-to-the-home networks for one of our clients, and we're looking for a seasoned field leader to own construction in the markets we have. You'll be the decision-maker on the ground, the person our client trusts and our crews follow.
What you'll do
• Lead multiple drilling and underground crews to hit daily production targets safely and with quality work.
• Make decisions in the field: solve problems, reassign crews, and handle utility conflicts and restoration.
• Be the main contact for the client's construction team. Run meetings, walkouts and progress reports.
• Enforce safety, damage prevention, MOT and permit compliance.
• Coach crew leaders and build a culture of accountability.
What you bring
• strong experience in the underground utility or telecom construction (HDD, trenching, fiber) and management.
• Proven record of improving crew productivity and cutting downtime.
• Strong knowledge of locates, permits, MOT and damage prevention.
• Confident with clients, organized, and comfortable with data and reports.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred. Valid driver's license, and willing to travel within the regions.
