Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Directional Drill Operator to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and take pride in safety, precision, and teamwork, we want to hear from you. Must be willing to travel.
Responsibilities:
*Operate and maintain horizontal directional drilling equipment
*Read and interpret bore plans and utility locates
*Monitor drilling fluid systems and ensure proper mixing and flow
*Safely navigate drill heads to meet project specifications
*Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
*Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Directional Drill Operator
*Knowledge of HDD systems, tooling, and tracking equipment
*Ability to read blueprints and bore profiles
*Strong understanding of safety procedures and OSHA standards
*Valid driver’s license
*Ability to work outdoors in various weather and terrain conditions
*Willing to Travel
