3+ years of experience in fiber drop bury, underground utilities, or telecommunications construction, with proven leadership experience managing field crews. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Oso Communications Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee telecommunications construction projects and field crews throughout Texas. This role is responsible for managing daily field operations, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and supporting project completion on schedule. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage crews, communicate with management and customers, solve field issues, and hold teams accountable for production and quality. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
