Job Description
Looking for EXPERIENCED OSP ribbon splicers and data center fiber techs who can produce high volume while holding tight splice tolerances and quality standards.
This is not an entry-level or training position.
Openings: 2–4 spots available. Preference for pairs or a group of 4 techs who can handle OLTS testing together. Strong individual techs will also be considered.
Required equipment:
Fujikura 90R with 16-count 200µm holders or
Sumitomo Quantum Q16 200µm
Testing experience:
Strong preference for EXFO OLTS (PXM/LXM) and EXFO 975. Will consider techs with solid OSP OTDR and OLTS experience.
Must have hands-on high-count ribbon splicing (12- and 16-count) and mass fusion. Hyperscale or large data center work preferred. Must be able to consistently hit quality goals at production speed.

Pay: Production-based. Strong techs have the potential to make $3,500+ per day.
Duration: Short-term (approx. 6 months) with additional projects in the works.
Must be reliable, safety-minded, and able to travel. We need people who can show up, work clean, hold tolerances, and hit both quality and volume.
