Must be well established crews. Also must have your own crews! NO SUB OF SUBS are allowed on this build

Crews must be able to pass a I-9 check, have mud vacs onsite for proper mud cleanup,
Job Description
Crews must be able to HDD Bore 3 conduits and be able to place the handholes as they go and complete the conduit splices. Also this project requires pressure testing of the conduit once it is placed as well
