Job Description
We are looking for experienced **1099 underground contractors with their own directional drills and equipment** to install conduits
for fiber-optic construction projects.
**Scope of Work:**
• Directional boring/HDD and placement of conduit
• Fiber/telecommunications underground construction
• Work from construction prints and bore profiles
• Potholing and utility exposure as required
• Proper depth and conduit placement
• Maintain safe, clean job sites
• Restoration as required by project specifications
**Contractor Requirements:**
• Must own or have access to a **directional drill and locating system**
• Experienced drill operator and locator
• Own truck, trailer, tooling, and necessary support equipment
• Valid insurance and appropriate business documentation
• Ability to work around existing utilities safely
• Reliable crew capable of meeting production schedules
• Previous fiber/telecom construction experience preferred
**Compensation:**
?? **1099 subcontractor – paid by production/unit rates**

?? Consistent work available for qualified crews
