Previous FTTH experience is preferred but not required. Training and support are provided for new technicians.

Valid U.S. driver’s license; Legal status and authorization to work in the U.S.; own Truck, Minivan, or SUV (white, grey, or black); own tools and equipment required to perform the work
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Install residential fiber drops, including buried drops
• Install ONTs and Wi-Fi routers
• Activate internet service
• Set up customer equipment
• Troubleshoot service issues
• Test fiber and internet connections
• Complete photos and documentation in the work-order app
• Communicate with customers
