Qualifications
Registered LLC OR corporation with its own FEIN, W-9 and a signed C2C Agreement. General liabilty, commercial auto and workers' comp insurance, with RLC named as additional insured. Tech have at lwast 1 year of FTTH install experience, OSHA 10 and a fiber certification (FOA, CFOT, ETA FOI or equivalent). Background check and drug screen for every screen for every tech entering customer homes. Own vehicle, ladders fusion splicer, power meter, VFL and PPE. Splicing, boring and aerial experience.

Job Description
Broadband installs: complete fiber installs from the terminal to the home. That covers new drops up to 500', temporary drops, and addresses where the drop is already in place.
Drop placement: place aerial drops up to 2,000' and pull drops through conduit up to 2,000'. Mount and ground the NID, store slack, and record light levels and assignment information.
Equipment setup: install and configure the ONT, gateway and mesh extenders. Confirm the customer's devices connect and Wi-Fi performs well.
Customer handoff: set up and show the customer the ATTUNE app, then validate them for the Performance Guarantee.
Voice: install an ATA or connect voice to the ONT, provision the line through the Voice Activation Center (VAC), and connect it to the home's existing wiring.
Repair: handle fiber trouble tickets. Find faults with a power meter, VFL and OTDR, fix them, and document the cause.
Cutovers: splice temporary drops over to permanent service at the cabinet or terminal.
Closeout: complete every job in the field app the same day, with light levels, photos, unit codes and footage.
