Job Description
Advanced Powering Services, Inc. (APSI) is seeking experienced MDU post-wire crews for upcoming work throughout Southern California.
Scope may include:
Installing fiber cabling
Unit drops and interior post-wiring
Installing molding, raceway, enclosures, and associated hardware
Drilling, wall penetrations, sealing, and firestopping
Labeling, testing, photographing, and documenting completed work
Troubleshooting and correcting failed or incomplete installations
Working in occupied and newly constructed multifamily properties
Crew requirements:
Previous MDU post-wire experience
Professional appearance and conduct around residents and property managers
Proper tools, ladders, safety equipment, and reliable transportation
Ability to complete clean, code-compliant installations
Strong attention to property protection and restoration
Ability to submit clear production records and completion photos
Required insurance and documentation for subcontracted crews
Consistent work may be available for crews that meet APSI’s safety, quality, production, and documentation standards.
